Smart CIC, a company based in Cannes that provides connectivity and ICT system management services, with offices in France and Spain.

Project

We were contacted to assist at an AVIS agency at Mestre Airport, where the information system was locked.

Execution

In less than three hours, full functionality was restored. After a series of tests to determine the cause of the blockage, Computer Assistance personnel identified the issue affecting the internal network. Upon restarting the network and conducting necessary LAN performance tests, internal users resumed their operations.
